Top Photos of 2011

The past year has been wonderfully productive. My love affair with the ancient, rugged beauty of the Southwest has intensified as my lovely fiancée and I were able to explore Arizona and Utah on two occasions. We were also fortunate to travel closer to home and experience a New England summer in Maine and vibrant colors of autumn foliage in Virginia. All the while, I continued to keep my fingers on the pulse of New York City. Although it is exceedingly difficult to select my 2011 favorites, I have narrowed them down to the ten displayed, in no particular order. I feel that every image reflects the utmost dedication in acquisition, meticulousness in processing, and attention to detail that are necessary to produce a photograph that evokes the same emotion that I experienced when witnessing the scene unfolding before me. I hope that you enjoy these photographs as much as I do.
